Kustomer has implemented an update to address an event affecting Workflows, queues and routing, searches, webhook and channels that caused erratic platform behavior.
We are slowly rolling out changes to resolve the issues affecting prod 1 and 2- at this time our engineers have confirmed prod 2s platform have fully been restored and are monitoring the restoration of Prod 1.
